In this section, we will look at house prices.  We will look at trends that are happening month in, month out.  We will look at reports and statistics from various organizations such as state agencies, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and mortgage lenders, and we will look at predictions from experts within the property market so that we can have a look at what is going to happen to prices over the coming weeks, months, and years.  We’ll then look at different property areas and we’ll look at different property types and see what a good investment is. We will investigate what house prices mean to the average first-time buyer or a mover and what it means to the general population.
