Most mortgage lenders offer interest only mortgage deals. To get the best interest only deal you need to research mortgages that are appropriate to your "individual financial situation". Rates offered by lenders will vary and you could end up paying more than you have to for your mortgage or remortgage monthly payments. Interest rates will vary from quite low for clean credit mortgage applications to higher for poor credit mortgage applications. You should compare interest rates that are appropriate (ie. they are the same kind of product for the same target market).
