We provide information and news that relates to interest only mortgages. Therefore, we help to inform and educate mortgagees. We also link our visitors with qualified mortgage brokerages in order to help them to find out which mortgage would be best for them. We do not attempt to advise or recommend on financial products as we are not qualified to do so. In order to get advice and recommendation we suggest that visitors speak to someone who is experienced and qualified to walk them though whatever they need to know. This is why we have links with brokers. Having said all that we are about interest only mortgages. We do talk about interest rates, we do talk about house prices, we do talk about financial products. We do this as we want to provide a resource, a stepping stone, for people looking at their options so that they can do a bit of research before they go into conversation with a mortgage broker or mortgage lender.
